The rooms, whether private or shared, are fully furnished: a great attention has been paid to the quality of the furniture and the interior decoration and design.

The charges are all inclusive (water, heating, electricity, high speed Wi-Fi, TV programs, and cleaning).
RENTAL GUARANTEE
A two-month rental guarantee is required regardless of the length of the rental.
FLEXIBLE DURATION
For a short or long stay, you are welcome at Arel Vintage Upliving House. We offer a fixed-term contract of one year, renewable. Possibility of rental for a shorter period in specific cases (student internship, probation period, etc.)
